We have a furnished room available to rent for $800 utilities/internet included, in our home starting May 1st. Brockton/Abington area near Ames Nowell Park. Nice and quiet neighborhood. New shades to be installed on windows. Storage space available. Tenant has access to kitchen, living room, bathroom, and all outdoor spaces. Home is protected with a security system.

We are a married couple in our 30’s. I’m a full time public school music teacher and part time church musician. My husband works in painting/construction, and is a full time college student. We are a bilingual and bicultural Brazilian American household. We have one 12 year old yellow lab/retriever mix who is our baby. He’s very quiet and well behaved.

The home is a small fixer upper. We are slowly doing renovations, so tenant would need to be understanding and flexible. We work a lot, and enjoy peace and quiet when at home.

Must complete rental application including background, criminal history, and credit check. First and last months rent due prior to move in. Lease is tenancy at will. Please message for details!
