Redondo Relaxation

2-story home in Redondo with entire upstairs dedicated to the Crash Pad. Downstairs is separated, where owner lives. 2 bedrooms are rented out to sleep, the other 2 rooms are used as a kitchenette and TV/relax room with extra storage. Beds are new, and are cold beds - yours during your stay. All bedding and towels are provided, and I will wash those weekly or more often upon request. There is no access to full kitchen or washer/dryer downstairs, but there is a laundromat across the street if needed. Utility sink provided to wash any dishes or small clothing items if needed, drying rack and clothes drying rack provided. Quiet neighborhood, about 1 mile from beach. Grocery store across the street for convenience. Additional pictures provided upon request.
